Like many people, I spent years sitting at a desk, working long hours and feeling the stiffness, aches and frustrations that come with it.
At the same time, I was a keen runner and (a few injuries later) became increasingly interested in what it really takes to build a body that feels strong, mobile and capable for life.
What I discovered is that movement freedom isn't about forcing yourself into extreme stretches, or mastering impressive poses. It's about understanding how your body works, what it should be capable of and giving it the movement, variety and consistency it needs to thrive.
That's why I created The Off Grid Yogi.
