a body that felt years older than it should.
After years of sitting at a desk, I no longer felt confident, capable or strong. In fact, I was falling apart.
Recurrent injuries and restricted movement meant I wasn't able to do the things I loved or live life to the full.
At first I thought I had to push myself harder, which only made things worse.
Then I realised something: my body doesn't need more force.
It needs foundations in movement.
By returning to simple movement and applying a system of ancient practices to modern life, I discovered the path to mobility, capability and freedom. That's why I created The Off Grid Yogi.
